Yoga the antidote of stress

There are some explicit and straight definitions such as "Yogah karmasu kausalam – Yoga is skill in action" and "Samatvam yoga uchyate – Evenness of mind is called Yoga" . According to Patanjali Yoga is defined as "Chitta-vritti-nirodhah", which means control of mind. There is one classic definition of Yoga in the Gita , where Sri Krishna says that Yoga is "Duhkhasamyoga-viyogam" or "severance from union with pain". Yoga is the practise which relieves the us from all our misery. In this Book, as per our personal experience, the asanas of yoga are being shared which are ultimate for the stress buster.
